Sensoterra soil moisture sensors measure the volumetric water content of the soil. They are all fully wireless and use the LoRaWAN network to monitor your data from your fields 24/7. After a quick and easy installation, they can effortlessly access the data via the Sensoterra if there is a TTN network in the area.
The use of the sensors with the Sensoterra app is currently only possible with the TTN. If the sensors are used with their own LNS, the payload must be decrypted via the Sensoterra API interface. We cannot provide a payload description for these sensors.
The Single Depth Sensor is compatible with all floor types and is available in the following lengths:
