The second generation of RAK LoRa antennas is a high performance omnidirectional monopole. This is a high quality outdoor antenna designed for outdoor use to achieve better range. The antenna connector is one with the antenna body, as this design further increases the resistance of the antenna to external influences. It is IP67 certified, making it weatherproof. The coverage this antenna provides makes it ideal for outdoor use at a relatively high altitude location within an urban or suburban area.
