The Polysense WxS8800-PSS-362021 from Polysense is an intelligent LoRaWAN sound/noise sensor and RTU 2-in-1 terminal for precise outdoor acoustic monitoring. With a wide measurement range of 30 to 130 dB and a frequency range of 20 Hz to 12.5 kHz, it is ideal for applications in industry, offices, workshops and vehicle measurements. The sensor uses a highly sensitive condenser microphone that reacts to sound and converts these signals into electrical voltages. The robust IP67 housing and the optional power supply via batteries or direct current make it particularly durable and flexible to use.
