Legal guarantee
Consumers are entitled to a statutory legal guarantee of at least two years from receipt of the goods. Your statutory rights are not restricted by this.
Note: The legal guarantee does not cover the lifetime of built-in batteries. The actual battery life depends on the individual configuration of the device (e.g. transmission interval) and the conditions of use and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
The Jooby Ephir RMS 103 EU is a LoRaWAN radio module with an internal antenna that has been specially developed for Metrix gas meters. It enables the automatic remote reading of meter readings and sends the data directly to a server at preset intervals. With functions such as tamper detection, notifications of magnetic influences and a battery life of up to 15 years, the module offers a reliable and low-maintenance solution. Easy installation without dismantling the meter and activation via app make it ideal for energy suppliers and property managers.
