The Water Leak Sensor is a battery operated sensor for indoor use. The sensor sends an uplink notification when a water leak is detected. The measured values are transmitted via LoRaWAN and are then available in the selected backend for further processing. The combined temperature, humidity and water leak detection functions are used to avoid costly repairs and loss of valuable items. A detachable, long cable for detection and a micro-USB port for the detachable probe make it practical to use.
