Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
The products are delivered all over the world.
Dispatch costs
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 9.51 € incl. VAT per order.
From an order value of 2,000 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Deliveries to EU countries:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 14.90 € plus VAT of the destination country.
From an order value of 2,000 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Deliveries to non EU countries up to 1,000 € value of goods:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 4.,00 € excl. VAT
Deliveries to non EU countries from 1,000 € value of goods:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 85.00 € excl. VAT incl. customs duties
Included in the shipping costs is the shipping and the registration at the customs incl. the due fees, but not the import sales tax. This is to be paid by the customer and will be invoiced by the shipping service provider.
Provision of digital content:
Digital content (data created and delivered in digital form) is not subject to shipping charges. Digital content is provided to you via a link communicated by e-mail. The sending of this e-mail with access data for the provision of the digital content takes place within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
Digital content is provided to you in your customer account. The provision takes place within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction). You will also be informed about the provision by e-mail.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Payment by invoice is only for authorities and companies.
