Legal guarantee
Consumers are entitled to a statutory legal guarantee of at least two years from receipt of the goods. Your statutory rights are not restricted by this.
Note: The legal guarantee does not cover the lifetime of built-in batteries. The actual battery life depends on the individual configuration of the device (e.g. transmission interval) and the conditions of use and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
The Xignal digital mousetrap type impact traps in combination with non-toxic attractants provide an effective pest control solution. Data communication between traps and web platform is done via LoRaWAN. The main advantage of this solution is 24/7/365 permanent monitoring. This eliminates the need for manual checking of trap status, complete documentation and reduces the disposal time to 24-48h.
