The KONA Photon Gateway from Tektelic is a highly integrated system that combines a LoRaWAN gateway, solar panel, and battery. This autonomous system enables the expansion of LoRaWAN network coverage in remote areas or locations without access to power supply. With the integrated cellular modem, the device can be operated completely wirelessly. The large solar panel ensures reliable power supply even in low sunlight conditions. When optimally aligned, the panel is expected to experience outages on a maximum of three days per year.
